Adopting a structure of single-side painted metal sheet in the middle, with rubber and plastic cotton heat-laminated with aluminum foil on the back (surface painted without film, bottom side painted with aluminum foil), this product only requires a cost increase of 4-5 yuan compared to traditional color-coated sheets. It significantly enhances workshop insulation and waterproof performance, making it an ideal replacement for conventional color-coated panels.
II. Aluminum Film Insulation Panels: Efficient Insulation, Energy Saving & Cost Reduction
Featuring a high-reflectivity aluminum foil film on the front, a metal sheet in the middle, and rubber and plastic cotton heat-laminated with aluminum foil film on the back, the product achieves 10-20 times the insulation effect of traditional composite panels with only 3mm thickness. This is realized through multiple refractions of solar heat by the aluminum foil and absorption of residual heat by the rubber and plastic cotton. Integrating insulation, thermal preservation, waterproofing, and anti-corrosion functions, it can replace traditional on-site composite panels (steel plate + glass wool + steel plate) and some mechanical composite panels, reducing overall costs by approximately 50%. It is particularly suitable for coastal areas with high heat and humidity, as well as harsh environments.

Equipped with a PET film on the front and rubber and plastic cotton combined with PET anti-corrosion film on the back, this product integrates anti-corrosion, insulation, and waterproofing capabilities.
